We started in Great Britain with a small team who wanted to build a company that would realise the ambitions of clients and become a reliable partner for investing in real estate.
Having gained experience in the UK property market, we opened a representative office in Cyprus to share our expertise with the residents of the sunny island. Today, Leus Development continues to deliver premium residential and commercial projects across Limassol.

After more than twenty-six years in property across the United Kingdom and Cyprus, Dmitry Leus founded Leus Development to bring a family-company approach to premium residential and commercial architecture — personally overseeing materials, delivery and the standards residents expect.
Charitable work remains part of that philosophy. Through the Leus Family Foundation, the company supports education, sport and well-being initiatives alongside its development work in Limassol.
